As the largest sponsor of the NFL, PepsiCo and its family of brands including Pepsi, Gatorade, Frito-Lay and Quaker invite 500 of their customers and partners for a world-class VIP hospitality experience at the Super Bowl.
We handle the all program planning and logistics and it begins more than a year in advance. Because every single guest is a VIP and the program is highly personalized, extraordinary attention to detail is required. Over the years we have developed a complex database to track, manage and communicate a host of experience packages across multiple client teams.
Every turn of each guest’s experience is accommodated, from the minute they arrive at the airport and are greeted by one of our staff, check in at the hotel and offered a custom cocktail featuring PepsiCo product, and get connected to their personal agenda with an RFID name badge at our own registration kiosks.
The exclusive hospitality suite gives guests an opportunity to meet, eat and connect throughout the program. It also serves as a dining venue where recipes infused with PepsiCo products can be showcased and each brand express its personality.
The evening event is always a highlight of this program, with past years featuring private concerts by Train at Masquerade inside Harrah’s Casino and The Zac Brown Band at the Phoenix Art Museum.
When it comes to game day, it’s all about precision. Over 500 tickets to both the game and the exclusive NFL Tailgate Party pass through our hands. There is simply no room for error.
